ტაშკენტში ცენტრალური აზიის ხუთი ქვეყნის სპეციალისტებისთვის ციფრული ვაჭრობისა და მულტიმოდალური ტრანსპორტირების რეგიონული სასწავლო პროგრამა დაიწყო. ყაზახეთიდან ტრენინგში მონაწილეობა მიიღო ტრანსპორტის მუშაკთა გაერთიანება „კაზლოგისტიკის“ სატრანსპორტო ლოჯისტიკის აღმასრულებელმა დირექტორმა მუხტარ ტოლეგენმა. ტრენინგი გერმანიის ეკონომიკური თანამშრომლობისა და განვითარების ფედერალური სამინისტროს (BMZ) მიერ დაკვეთილი ვაჭრობის ხელშეწყობის პროექტის ფარგლებში ტარდება და მიზნად ისახავს საბაჟო და ლოჯისტიკაში გაეროს/CEFACT-ის საერთაშორისო სტანდარტების დანერგვას.
The key element of the training was the Multimodal Transport Reference Data Model (MMT RDM), which allows for the unification of data exchange between all modes of transport. Participants study the use of XML, JSON, API, as well as eTIR, eCMR technologies and digital multimodal consignment notes eFBL/eFWB. An important part of the program was practical modules and pilot projects, which should be presented by the end of 2025.
The program is in line with the goals of the Baku SPECA Declaration and supports the region’s digitalization roadmap. In the context of the growing need for digital solutions and integration with the EU, the training was an important step towards creating a transparent, sustainable and fully digital trade and logistics system in Central Asia.
