კარლსრუეში DACHSER-ის ლოგისტიკური ცენტრის გაფართოებას გეგმავს რაშტატში დაახლოებით 27,800 კვადრატული მეტრის სასაწყობო სივრცის შეძენით. სტრატეგიულად განლაგებული რაშტატის ჩრდილოეთის ავტომაგისტრალის კვანძზე, კარლსრუეში, რაინის პორტებთან ახლოს, ახალი ობიექტის დასრულება 2025 წლის დასაწყისისთვის იგეგმება, რაც კომპანიის სასაწყობო შესაძლებლობებს ზემო რაინის შუა ლოჯისტიკურ რეგიონში დაახლოებით 42,000 პალეტის სივრცით გაზრდის.
Even before construction commenced, DACHSER secured the lease agreement, underscoring its commitment to bolstering logistics capabilities in the area. With the building permit recently granted, the handover to DACHSER is expected in the second quarter of 2025. The new logistics center, developed by DFI Real Estate, will offer modern amenities including warehouse space, mezzanine storage, and office facilities to accommodate 40 to 50 employees.
Positioned at the junction of major transportation routes, including the A5/A8 highways, the Rastatt location ensures seamless connectivity to the European land transport network and the economic hub of Karlsruhe. Designed with sustainability and digitalization in mind, the facility will feature innovative technologies such as heat pump systems and photovoltaic panels, aligning with DACHSER’s sustainability strategy and reinforcing its commitment to testing climate-friendly solutions within its network.
