HPC Hamburg Port Consulting has completed the development and implementation of the Single Maritime Window system in Georgia. According to the company, the digital platform has successfully passed testing and is already used by more than 400 users. The project was carried out in cooperation with software developer Prodevelop and the Georgian company Plisk Consulting.
The system is aimed at eliminating paperwork, increasing transparency and simplifying interdepartmental interaction. It fully complies with the standards of the International Maritime Organization and the European Maritime Safety Agency, making it one of the most modern platforms in the field of maritime logistics.
According to HPC, Georgia is now among the countries where maritime administration processes are fully digitalized and unified. To date, such a level of automation has been achieved in only 2% of the world’s maritime administrations.
