On August 1, 2025, in Beijing, a KTZ Express delegation headed by General Director D. M. Kozhakhmetov held a working meeting with the management of China Railway Container Transport Co., Ltd. (CRCT). The meeting was attended by General Director Zhong Cheng, Deputy General Directors Wang Dezhan and Zhang Dongliang, as well as customer service and special projects specialists from CRCT.
The parties agreed to work together to increase container traffic on the China-Europe, China-Russia, China-Belarus, as well as on the TITR and China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan routes. It is planned to create a working group to attract additional cargo flows, improve route efficiency and develop a corridor to Europe via Iran and Turkey, as well as increase shipments to Central Asian countries.
The partnership between KTZ Express and CRCT, which began in 2021 with a strategic agreement, continues to yield results: the companies are jointly developing transit container transportation, optimizing processes and opening up new directions for increasing transportation volumes.
