KTZ Express, together with the Port of Lianyungang and the Aktau Sea Trade Port, have launched a project to build a new container hub in Aktau. At a working meeting, representatives of the companies discussed key organizational and technical aspects of the first stage of construction, the completion of which is scheduled for the end of 2025.

The hub project is designed for a throughput of up to 140 thousand TEU per year and will become a strategic element of the logistics infrastructure of Kazakhstan. The new facility will increase the efficiency of transit routes through the country, improve connectivity with international transport corridors and create additional opportunities for participants in global supply chains.
The cooperation between KTZ Express and the Port of Lianyungang has been going on for more than ten years. Previously, the partners successfully implemented a terminal in China and the Khorgos Gateway Dry Port on the border of Kazakhstan and China, which became important logistics hubs of the Eurasian transport corridor.
