KTZ Express at the DIGITAL ALMATY – 2024 forum: Digital initiatives

From February 1 to 3, the International Digital Forum DIGITAL ALMATY – 2024 was held in Almaty, which became a key place for discussing digital initiatives and trends in the transport industry. KTZ Express’ participation at the forum allowed the company to study in detail current issues of digital development, including the creation of an integrated EAEU information system for intercountry and transit transportation.

KTZ Express continues to actively implement digital solutions aimed at increasing efficiency and optimizing business processes. The company’s main focus is improving the quality of service and customer satisfaction. The IT ecosystem implemented in the company ensures the integration of all transportation processes, creating a transparent and automated customer service, including the ability to conclude contracts through a personal account using an electronic digital signature, as well as innovative WhatsApp and Telegram bots.

In addition, KTZ Express actively strives for sustainable development by applying ESG principles. The company presented a “CO2 Calculator” on its website, which allows customers to calculate the volume of carbon dioxide emissions during transportation depending on the chosen route. KTZ Express also plans to complete pre-project work on the implementation of the Single Digital Window project for seamless communication between clients and subsidiaries of NC KTZ JSC.
