The Traffic Safety Department of NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC and its branch, the Main Computing Center, have joined forces to create innovative solutions in the field of traffic safety. Recently, two key systems were developed and implemented: the automated traffic safety system (AS DB) and the Info-Center information complex.
AS BD includes two modules: the automated system “Traffic Safety Auditor” (AS RB) and the automated system “Analysis of Traffic Safety Risks” (AS AR). AS RB has been successfully operating since 2016, replacing the outdated “Automated Workplace “Inspector”” system and storing traffic safety information for the last ten years.
This year, the AS AR was developed and implemented, which is based on statistical data on deviations, allowing you to analyze and assess risks to traffic safety. These innovative solutions make it possible to eliminate the human factor, optimize processes and quickly process information from different regions of the country.
The Info-Center information complex provides visualization of traffic safety data in real time, providing KTZ management with up-to-date data on the operational performance and condition of rolling stock. Now the complex has been successfully implemented in several departments, and work to expand its functionality and implement it at the corporate level continues.
