Metrans, a subsidiary of Germany’s Hamburger Hafen und Logistik (HHLA), has launched its first train to Rotterdam. The service is being organised by its new division Metrans Rail Netherlands, which will now be responsible for the company’s rail operations in the Netherlands.
The Metrans Rail Netherlands office is located next to Rotterdam Waalhaven train station, providing direct access to the port gates.
