Without unnecessary PR and loud statements, he focused on real results: transit and container transportation indicators have noticeably increased, the financial stability of KTZ has strengthened, digitalization and international transport alliances have been actively developing. His approach demonstrates how professional management can reboot a complex government structure.

Sauranbayev’s appointment symbolizes the transfer of the successful KTZ management model to the entire transport sector of the country – from highways to ports and aviation. This strengthens the vertical management structure and confirms that performance in the professional sphere can become real political capital.
