Ocean Network Express (ONE) will announce the expansion of its Scandinavia Baltic Express (SBX) service and the launch of its own vessel call to the port of Rauma. The vessel’s first call will be on 4 November, after which the route will be modified and updated on a weekly basis.
The new route will include the ports of Rauma and Gävle, along with Antwerp, Rotterdam, Fredericia (Denmark) and Gdynia. The increased traffic via Rauma and Gävle will provide shipping companies with additional routes and efficient cargo consolidation opportunities. The route will also call Gdynia twice per rotation, providing efficient feeder services for export and import containers in Europe, as well as regular empty container deliveries. The new marine service will significantly improve the weekly connections and operational capabilities of Euroports Rauma, expanding the logistics options for export and import traffic.
