Realterm has acquired a last mile logistics centre in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, just 18 km from the German border. The facility comprises 10,000 m² of logistics space and 3,500 m² of office space. It features dual access roads, 16 dock gates and two entrances and exits.
The new facility offers easy access to Germany, as well as the Arnhem-Nijmegen corridor and the A73 motorway, allowing it to serve around 4 million customers within a one-hour driving radius.
Marieke de Jong, Head of Investments at Realterm, said: “The development pipeline remains constrained, and the occupier market is showing the signs of stabilisation, so this acquisition positions us to capitalise on the market’s current strength.”
