Stadler Bussnang-მა და Stadler Rheintal-მა შერწყმა დაასრულეს და ახალი იურიდიული პირი - Stadler Rail Schweiz - ჩამოაყალიბეს. შერწყმის იურიდიული დასრულების შემდეგ, ორივე საწარმოო ობიექტი ჩვეულ რეჟიმში გააგრძელებს ფუნქციონირებას, ხოლო Rheintal-ის ქარხანა ფილიალის სტატუსს მიიღებს.

The aim of the merger was to simplify the interaction between the companies, which are already closely linked in the production process. The merger will reduce administrative costs, increase management efficiency and the overall productivity of the entire Swiss Stadler structure.

The company emphasized that the changes will not affect employees, suppliers and customers: all jobs, working conditions and principles of cooperation remain unchanged – only the name is changing.
