Air cargo carrier Turkish Cargo has introduced a new product, TK AERO, focused on the transportation of sensitive and time-critical cargo for the aviation industry. The service includes two lines: SPARE, for the flexible and reliable transportation of aircraft parts with no weight or size restrictions, such as landing gear, wings, and avionics, and ADVANCED, for particularly large and fragile components, including engines and helicopter parts.
For ADVANCED shipments, the company offers engineering analysis, customized loading plans, and support from onboard Loadmaster specialists, all operations are monitored 24/7 through the TKGO digital platform. For Aircraft on Ground (AOG), the service integrates with TK Urgent, guaranteeing priority service and capacity through Istanbul Airport’s Smartist smart hub.
According to Ali Türk, Chief Cargo Officer, Turkish Cargo has placed a strong emphasis on engineering solutions that ensure the continuity, safety, and reliability of the supply chain for its aviation customers.
