This milestone train carries electronics, mechanical and electrical equipment, and consumer goods.<\/p>\n<p>According to Globaltimes.cn, the flow of China-Europe and China-Central Asia trains through Khorgos continues to grow, with more than 27 trains passing through daily. Since the beginning of 2024, the port has already handled over 1,500 trains\u2014a 20% increase year-on-year\u2014while traffic volume increased by 18% to four million tons.<\/p>\n<p>The growth in transit is driven not only by growing demand but also by the implementation of new digital solutions. In May, Khorgos Customs launched the \u201cSmart Railway Port + Fast Clearance\u201d program, reducing customs clearance time from several days to 16 hours for imports and one hour for exports.
