The deal, which is expected to close in January 2026 subject to regulatory approval, will expand the company\u2019s service capabilities and strengthen the Istanbul hub as a key hub for international supply chains. The company will continue to operate under the brand name Sienzi Lojistik \u2013 a Company of Gebr\u00fcder Weiss, with current Managing Director Murat Do\u011fan remaining as a co-owner of the business.<\/p>\n<p>According to Gebr\u00fcder Weiss CEO Wolfram Senger-Weiss, the integration of the partner\u2019s expertise in the field of bonded warehousing will enable it to offer customers comprehensive and flexible logistics solutions. Murat Do\u011fan, Vice President of the Turkish Bonded Warehouse Association, noted that the cooperation with one of the oldest players in the industry will give the company new competitive advantages and strengthen Turkey\u2019s role in international trade.<\/p>\n<p>Sienzi Lojistik has been operating since 2007 and operates a modern complex next to the Muratbey customs office, one of the largest in the country. Its infrastructure includes a 6,000 m\u00b2 indoor customs warehouse, open storage areas, a 5,000-pallet high-bay warehouse and 15,000 m\u00b2 open logistics space.
