The complex is located in Technologiepark Mitteldeutschland and comprises 125,000 m\u00b2 of leasable space on a 222,000 m\u00b2 site. All premises are fully leased to companies from the automotive industry.<\/p>\n<p>The facility was developed in three stages and is equipped with modern sustainable energy solutions: a heat pump system and a 4.5 MW solar power plant installed on the roof. This combination makes it an attractive asset for ESG-oriented investors.<\/p>\n<p>The location next to the A9 motorway provides excellent transport accessibility to the region, connecting it with Leipzig, Berlin, Nuremberg and Munich.
