The facility will be customizable for one or more operators, with direct access to the apron, a convenient truck area, and a flexible layout for express, e-commerce, and general cargo.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>According to Realterm Senior Vice President <strong>Lynn Kau<\/strong>, this is one of the most strategically valuable logistics real estate offerings in Europe: \u201cIt combines modern functionality, 24-hour access, and an ideal location.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The project will be a continuation of Realterm\u2019s international experience gained at major US airports such as JFK and O\u2019Hare.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, LEJ handled 1.4 million tons of cargo and continues to increase its volumes.
