Despite this, Mangalia remains in a difficult financial situation: the amount of creditors\u2019 claims reaches $ 400 million.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to MSC, the Turkish shipyard Desan has also shown interest in the site, which is in talks with the authorities about the possible lease of production facilities and personnel.
