Just four months after the start of construction, the topping out ceremony took place on May 23, symbolizing an important milestone in the implementation of the \u20ac25 million project.<\/p>\n<p>The complex is being built on a former industrial site near the A3 motorway and complies with the gold certificate standard of the German Green Building Council (DGNB). Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The project includes 15,000 m\u00b2 of warehouse and mezzanine space, 1,000 m\u00b2 of office space, 12 unloading docks, and a roof prepared for the installation of solar panels.
