Key factors include tightening EU regulations, weak economic growth and political instability in countries such as Germany and France.<\/p>\n<p>S&amp;P analysts also warn of the impact of external factors: low real GDP growth, geopolitical tensions, crises at the EU\u2019s external borders and potential barriers to investment related to US tariffs.
