The goal of the negotiations is to finalise the technical and financial proposals in order to select the optimal solution that meets the project requirements and the customer\u2019s budget.<\/p>\n<p>The strongest international players have been admitted to the next stage: GTS Deutschland GmbH (Germany), Hitachi Rail STS S.P.A. (Italy), the Indra Sistemas and A\u017dD Praha consortium (Spain and the Czech Republic), the SKGN Baltics consortium with Siemens Mobility, GRK Suomi, NRC Group and Kontron Transportation (Germany, Latvia, Finland, Austria), as well as the ALSTOM \u2013 COBRA \u2013 FIMA association (France, Latvia, Spain, Poland). The contract with the winner is expected to be concluded by the end of 2025.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cGiven the scale of this procurement, the commission has invested significant time to ensure that all requirements and criteria are clearly defined and well understood.
