The company provides terminal handling, depot and warehousing services, and a rail and barge transport network focused on high frequency and short transit times.<\/p>\n<p>The integration into DP World is expected to expand Swissterminal\u2019s capacity to deliver end-to-end logistics solutions. DP World\u2019s infrastructure and supply chain network are anticipated to increase efficiency and broaden the range of transport services available to Swissterminal\u2019s customers. The company\u2019s name, brand, and operational addresses will remain unchanged.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leadership and operational structure\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of the transition, Matthias Dischinger has been appointed CEO of Swissterminal. Roman Mayer will continue to serve on the Board and as a consultant. Tatiana Mayer will remain as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), and Fabrice Marti will continue as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Planned investments and operational focus\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DP World plans to invest in infrastructure and sustainable logistics solutions across the Swiss and tri-border region.
