The new facility includes 15,500 sq. m of warehouse, office and social space. Thanks to its location next to the A9 and A2 motorways, the complex has convenient transport access to Berlin and Leipzig.<\/p>\n<p>The project was implemented with sustainability in mind: solar panels and heat pumps were installed, which meets ESG standards. The company is also aiming to obtain the DGNB Gold certificate, confirming a high level of environmental friendliness and energy efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>The logistics park has space available for lease: in existing buildings from 1,000 sq. m, in new premises \u2013 from 3,000 sq. m.
