The facility comprises 10,000 m\u00b2 of logistics space and 3,500 m\u00b2 of office space. It features dual access roads, 16 dock gates and two entrances and exits.<\/p>\n<p>The new facility offers easy access to Germany, as well as the Arnhem-Nijmegen corridor and the A73 motorway, allowing it to serve around 4 million customers within a one-hour driving radius.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Marieke de Jong<\/strong>, Head of Investments at Realterm, said: \u201cThe development pipeline remains constrained, and the occupier market is showing the signs of stabilisation, so this acquisition positions us to capitalise on the market\u2019s current strength.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Realterm has acquired a last mile logistics centre in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, just 18 km from the German border.
