The operation was carried out by L\u00fcbecker Hafen-Gesellschaft (LHG) together with the heavy-duty transport specialists Th\u00f6men Spedition (Hamburg) and Baumann Move (Bornheim). The equipment, manufactured by Hitachi Energie in Bad Honnef, was transported to L\u00fcbeck on the River Trader from Rotterdam.<\/p>\n<p>A powerful 750-tonne Liebherr LG 1750 crane was used for the unloading, which took four days to assemble and four days to dismantle. The operation required great precision \u2013 the crane lifted each transformer individually, after which the demanding transport phase began.
