Growth was recorded in all segments \u2014 export, import and transit. The main drivers were the increased cargo flows between Singapore and China, as well as with the United States.<\/p>\n<p>The increase in volumes was also influenced by the recovery of exports and re-exports of electronics from Singapore, high demand for cross-border e-commerce logistics and the switch of some cargo from sea transportation to air transport. The largest markets for Changi Airport include China, Australia, the United States, Hong Kong and India.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, two new cargo carriers joined the airport \u2014 Shandong Airlines, which also resumed passenger flights, and Air Incheon.
