The new facility will be a major step towards increasing the efficiency and sustainability of cargo handling in the Basel region, the country\u2019s key logistics hub. The center is equipped with 30 P40 Geek+ robots and seven RoboShuttles, which will speed up the processing of 30,000 containers by up to 70%, while running on clean energy.<\/p>\n<p>On an area of \u200b\u200b2,000 square meters, employees and robots will work together to perform tasks that meet the highest industry standards. Special rooms in the center will allow temperature-controlled goods and hazardous goods to be stored in strict compliance with safety requirements.
