These devices will be used in trams, metro trains and narrow-gauge rolling stock. The plant is equipped with innovative technologies that allow testing of equipment in conditions simulating real operation.<\/p>\n<p>The total area of \u200b\u200bthe plant is 7,000 m\u00b2, and it has about 100 employees, with plans to increase to 250 people. The plant will be part of Stadler\u2019s production network, ensuring the production of converters for 1,000 units of rolling stock by mid-2026. The company is actively looking for qualified specialists, including design engineers, system engineers and programmers.<\/p>\n<p>This is already the third Stadler plant in Poland, where the company has been operating since 2006. The plants in Siedlce and \u015aroda Wielkopolska are engaged in the production of passenger rolling stock and steel tram bodies.
