    • As part of their drive to facilitate further growth and to support customers in the West of Ireland, DB Schenker purchased 6.2 acres of development land from Shannon Commercial Properties in 2020.\u00a0<\/li>\n
    • They delivered 40,000 sq. ft. of high-quality warehousing, as well as 12,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office accommodation, providing a modern and inviting working environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Leixlip\n
        \n
      • DB Schenker embarked on a project in 2020 to deliver a new state-of-the-art facility which started with the acquisition of 14.2 acres of land at Liffey Business Campus in May 2021.\u00a0<\/li>\n
      • PJ Hegarty & Sons were appointed as the main contractor to construct a 220,000 sq. ft. facility, which includes 200,000 of high-quality high bay warehousing, together with 20,000 sq. ft. of high specification Grade A office accommodation.\u00a0<\/li>\n
      • The site also provides additional land for 50,000 sq. ft. of future expansion when required. Sustainability was a major focus in the facility\u2019s design and construction. It is LEED Gold certified, making it one of the more sustainable industrial buildings in Ireland.\u00a0<\/li>\n
      • Sustainability features include solar PV panels, EV charging stations, infrastructure for future expansion of sustainability systems, on-site gym and cycling facilities for employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Baldonnel\n

        • In early 2022, DB Schenker leased a new 130,000 sq. ft. facility at Baldonnell Business Park.\u00a0<\/li>\n
        • The facility consists of high-quality, high-bay warehouse space as well as Grade A office accommodation across two floors.\u00a0<\/li>\n
        • Additionally, DB Schenker invested approximately \u20ac3 million in a specialized fit-out for the facility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Dublin Land Terminal\n
            \n
          • As part of their ongoing growth plans for Land Transport in Ireland, DB Schenker is close to acquiring approximately 6 acres of land in Dublin to facilitate the construction of a new Land Terminal.\u00a0<\/li>\n
          • The terminal will be c.45,000 sq. ft. and will provide a transport hub for their Land product, as well as two floors of Grade A offices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Advanced warehousing capabilities alongside automated facilities and combined with the introduction of electric vehicles into its Irish transport fleet are key components of DB Schenker\u2019s ongoing growth strategy across Ireland.<\/p>\n
