The facility is located at the strategic intersection of the Western China \u2013 Western Europe corridor and will become an important hub for e-commerce and international trade. The project was implemented with the support of the EDB, which invested 16.6 billion tenge as part of its strategy to build a modern Eurasian commodity distribution network.<\/p>\n<p>The Eurasian Logistics Park utilizes advanced safety and engineering standards, and its convenient location \u2013 just 5 km from the BAKAD (Balkar Ring Road) and approximately 20 km from the airport \u2013 makes it a key element of Kazakhstan\u2019s logistics infrastructure. The EDB emphasizes that such projects accelerate delivery, reduce costs, and increase the availability of goods for consumers throughout the region. The developer was Aurora Development, with co-investor Sudakov Group.<\/p>\n<p>According to EDB analysis, demand for modern warehouse space in Eurasia is growing rapidly: the region\u2019s total stock has reached 5.5 million square meters, while the vacancy rate in Kazakhstan has fallen to 3%.
