The company owns six locomotives, employs around 50 people and provides rail transport services. Its activities also include training and examination services for railway staff, recognised by certified bodies, as well as locomotive driver leasing on the German market. RBP has previously cooperated with Olavion in rail transport activities in Germany.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"701\" src=\"https:\/\/gruzingeo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/043af0335d0c707f.jpg\" alt=\"Olavion acquires 60% stake in German rail operator RBP.\" class=\"wp-image-17467\" title=\"Europe Olavion acquires 60% stake in German rail operator RBP.\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Olavion <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The planned share acquisition aligns with the objectives defined for this business segment in the Unimot Group\u2019s 2024\u20132028 strategy, which includes increasing transported volumes compared to 2023 and expanding operations beyond Poland.<\/p>\n<p>Olavion has been part of the Unimot Group for nearly three years. During this period, the company has expanded its locomotive fleet, acquiring 20 locomotives, with six already deployed in customer service.
