The parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation in rail transport.<\/p>\n<p>During the talks, it was emphasized that Azerbaijan and Georgia continue to work closely together to enhance the competitiveness of the Middle Corridor and attract additional freight traffic. The meeting participants focused on developing transit traffic and coordinating joint efforts to strengthen the route\u2019s position in the international market.<\/p>\n<p>The key topic of discussion was the signing of the final acceptance certificate for the Baku\u2013Tbilisi\u2013Kars railway project, as well as increasing traffic volumes along this line.
