Implemented as the second joint Chinese-Kazakh logistics project after the Lianyungang base, it plays a strategic role in the development of Eurasian transport corridors.<\/p>\n<p>In 2025, 10 new broad-gauge railway lines were built within the port, along with intelligent infrastructure modernization. As a result, container handling time was reduced from five hours to one hour, significantly increasing throughput and cargo handling efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>The project includes a Chinese-Kazakh railway transshipment station, a grain terminal for wheat handling, and a container yard.
