This decision is due to the ongoing modernization of Germany\u2019s heavily used rail corridors, which has temporarily limited the availability of the previous terminal. The new logistics hub offers modern infrastructure and additional capacity for storage and handling of cargo, which is already supporting growth in volumes and attracting new customers.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the company has increased the frequency of services: since February, the service between Verona and Duisburg has operated ten round trips per week instead of six. A fixed schedule and optimal delivery times improve planning reliability for customers. The line handles a wide range of freight units \u2013 containers from 20 to 45 feet, swap bodies, and crane semi-trailers, including the transport of hazardous goods in accordance with RID requirements \u2013 providing a sustainable alternative to road transport.<\/p>\n<p>Both cities remain key rail logistics hubs in Europe. Verona plays a vital role in the north-south connection between Central Europe and the Mediterranean, connecting rail, road, and international corridors.
