Bids are open until March 9. The contractor will be selected based on price criteria.<\/p>\n<p>The first stage of the junction is part of the high-speed \u201cY\u201d line \u2013 Line 85 (LK85), which will connect Warsaw, the new airport, and \u0141\u00f3d\u017a. The project also includes a connection with Line 3 on the Warsaw-Pozna\u0144 route and a northern access to the planned CMK P\u00f3\u0142noc line. The procurement is being conducted under a framework agreement for contract engineer services for related railway projects, signed in July 2022 with 20 participants. This is the fifth procedure under this agreement.<\/p>\n<p>The successful bidder will oversee and manage the contract under the design-and-build model, including overseeing the development of the first package\u2019s construction design, inspecting and accepting the work, handling financial settlements, and obtaining the necessary administrative decisions and permits. The CPK railway junction is divided into three packages and will be built in stages.
