The reorganization process includes expanding the operator\u2019s business activities, and the changes are scheduled to begin in early 2027.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6BB CEO Andreas Matte announced that the company will prepare a strategy document to serve as the basis for structural changes. According to the ministry, the reform is intended to improve the group\u2019s efficiency and ensure greater flexibility in the face of growing demand for public transport, increased competition, and technological changes, including the digitalization of the industry.<\/p>\n<p>Matte noted that changes to the legislation governing federal railways may be necessary to more quickly respond to market trends. The key goal of the reform is to strengthen the integrated \u201cone \u00d6BB\u201d model and increase the company\u2019s resilience to crises.
