Total investment in the project is estimated at $288 million. Construction will be carried out in two phases: design work is currently underway, and construction of the first phase is scheduled to begin in June 2027 and be completed by March 2028.<\/p>\n<p>The future terminal will be located on an 82.3-hectare site and will include a large warehouse complex covering 226,500 square meters, a rail terminal with a throughput capacity of approximately 150,000 TEUs, and a truck terminal with a capacity of 55,000 cargo spaces. The facility will also include customs infrastructure, including a bonded warehouse and office, as well as a dedicated truck parking area.<\/p>\n<p>To implement the project, a joint venture, DPW Tashkent JV JSC, was established in October 2025, in which DP World owns 85%.
