As part of this new service, a comprehensive shipment of oversized cargo \u2013 specifically rolled steel sheets \u2013 has already been successfully completed, traveling directly from the Port of Constan\u021ba to the Perechyn station.<\/p>\n<p>The route traverses the Halmeu and Dyakovo border crossings. To transport the cargo from the Chop-Liski station to the Port of Constan\u021ba, 60-foot flatcars equipped with wooden decking \u2013 and adapted to operate on tracks of varying gauges \u2013 were utilized.<\/p>\n<p>A key technological element of this operation is the bogie exchange process: the flatcars are transferred from the 1520 mm gauge track to the 1435 mm gauge track without the need to transship the cargo.
