The company’s revenue reached €517.3 million, up from €499.1 million the previous year; EBITDA rose to €177.2 million, yielding a margin of 34.5%; and net profit amounted to €43.3 million. Revenue for this division increased by 18%, driven by rising domestic demand, the expansion of international routes, the implementation of dynamic pricing, and the development of loyalty programs. Concurrently, LTG Cargo strengthened its position in the European market, despite a decline in transit volumes linked to the rerouting of traffic flows and a reduction in shipments toward the Kaliningrad region – a trend reflecting a strategic pivot toward Western markets.

The LTG Group’s total investment in 2025 amounted to €367 million. A key project remains Rail Baltica, which has entered its active construction phase: track-laying is currently underway in Lithuania across sections totaling 114 kilometers in length. Additionally, the electrification of the Vilnius–Klaipėda line is nearing completion, with over 96% of the work finished and traffic control systems currently undergoing testing. In parallel, the company is modernizing its rolling stock: new electric trains have arrived in the country and commenced trials, while orders have been placed for electric locomotives and additional units of equipment for both passenger and freight operations.

The Lithuanian railway group LTG has summarized its results for 2025, noting an increase in key financial indicators and the active advancement of strategic projects.
