The signing ceremony was one of the main events in the business programme of the <\/strong>CENTRAL ASIA TRANSPORT, LOGISTICS & INVESTMENT FORUM 2026<\/strong>. Companies from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, the UAE and Ukraine formalised agreements to work together on routes between Asia and Europe.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The CENTRAL ASIA TRANSPORT, LOGISTICS & INVESTMENT FORUM 2026 (CATLIF 2026) was held on 9 and 10 July 2026 at the Rixos President Astana hotel. It brought together government officials, transport and logistics companies, port operators, rail carriers, investors, financial institutions and international organisations from Central Asia, Europe, the Middle East and China.<\/p>\n

The second panel discussion was followed by an on-stage ceremony at which participants signed a series of strategic cooperation agreements.<\/p>\n

PTC Cargo and MALBI trans<\/strong><\/p>\n

The first to sign were PTC Cargo and MALBI trans. Their agreement focuses on cooperation in transport and logistics services and on building closer ties between the two companies.<\/p>\n

Investment projects on the Middle Corridor<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by four parties: LPX Partners (UAE), CASPIA Lab (Azerbaijan), and TransConsulting LLP and TransExpeditions LLP (Kazakhstan). It sets out a framework for working together on the preparation, structuring, support and delivery of investment projects along the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route, also known as the Middle Corridor.<\/p>\n

Belgorod-Dnestrovskiy Port expands its presence in Central Asia<\/strong><\/p>\n

Next came a memorandum of cooperation between Belgorod-Dnestrovskiy Port (Ukraine) and TransExpeditions LLP (Kazakhstan). The two sides agreed to develop joint initiatives in transport infrastructure and logistics.<\/p>\n

The port also signed a memorandum of cooperation with TransConsulting LLP (Kazakhstan), covering joint work on logistics projects and expanding the capacity of international transport routes.<\/p>\n

The bigger picture<\/strong><\/p>\n

A common thread runs through all four documents: each connects operators, investors and consultants working on different stretches of the Black Sea \u2013 Caspian \u2013 Central Asia corridor. For the Ukrainian port, the deals open a door to Kazakh partners. For the Kazakh companies, they mean access to Black Sea port infrastructure. The MoU involving CASPIA Lab and LPX Partners adds investment and structuring expertise to the mix.<\/p>\n

The fact that these agreements were signed at the forum shows CATLIF is more than a place for discussion. It is also where deals get put on paper.<\/p>\n
