The Kazakh-Polish joint commission on international road transport held a meeting at the Ministry of Transport of Kazakhstan. The participants discussed the positive dynamics of cargo transportation in 2024 – the volume of road transport deliveries between the countries increased by 5% and reached 360 thousand tons.

The key point of the meeting was the decision to switch to the electronic exchange of permits between Kazakhstan and Poland. This step is aimed at simplifying procedures and speeding up transactions, which will significantly facilitate the work of carriers in both countries.

The parties also agreed on quotas for the exchange of permit forms for 2025, ensuring stable conditions for further growth in trade turnover and the development of a transport corridor between Central Asia and Europe.
