At the 7th International Transport and Logistics Business Forum “New Silk Way,” Kanat Almagambetov, Director General of the Union of Transport Workers of Kazakhstan, Kazlogistics, signed several important memorandums of cooperation. Partners included the Europe & Central Asia Transport and Trade Association (ECATA), represented by Secretary General Leyla Batyrbekova, and the Alliance of Logistics Centers and Cargo Carriers of Uzbekistan, headed by Askar Kadyrov.

Furthermore, a quadripartite memorandum was signed between Baku Hovsan International Sea Trade Port OJSC and Zira Sea Port LLC (Azerbaijan), the National Association of Large and Heavy Cargo Carriers of Kazakhstan, Heavy Trans, and the Union of Road Carriers and Forwarders of Kazakhstan.
The signed agreements are aimed at strengthening partnerships, developing international transport routes, and improving logistics processes. This cooperation will facilitate growth in export-import and transit traffic, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. It will also stimulate the development of multimodal and transcontinental transport, strengthening the transit potential of Kazakhstan and the region as a whole.
