METRANS expands terminal in Gądki, Poland.

METRANS has begun a large-scale modernization of its terminal in Gądki, which will significantly increase throughput, improve operational efficiency and better meet the growing demands of customers. Completion of the project is scheduled for the second half of 2026.

The investment project includes the installation of modern remotely controlled gantry cranes (RMG), expansion of the terminal’s production area, extension of existing tracks and construction of new ones to receive trains up to 750 meters long. In addition, the transshipment and storage area prepared for the operation of cranes will be expanded, and new entry gates for trucks with a modern parking lot will be built.

The company assures that the work will be carried out in stages with minimal inconvenience to customers. METRANS will continue to provide high quality service at all stages of the project.
