China State Shipbuilding Corporation CSSC has received approval from the Shanghai Stock Exchange for its merger with China Shipbuilding Industry Company (CSIC). After completing the remaining formalities, the deal will create the world’s largest shipbuilding group in terms of assets, revenue and order book.
FERNRIDE has become the first company to receive TÜV SÜD certification for an autonomous terminal tractor according to EU standards, as well as approval from the Estonian Transport Administration. This confirms that the FERNRIDE platform – including the tractor, sensors, software and cybersecurity systems – meets European safety and reliability requirements, paving the way for commercial implementation of the technology in Europe.
On 7 July 2025, the Port of Gdansk Authority and the DORACO construction corporation signed an agreement on the comprehensive reconstruction of the Wislansk embankment, one of the key facilities of the Inner Port. The total cost of the project is PLN 351 million, with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2028. The project aims to increase cargo handling capacity, modernise the energy, rail and road infrastructure, as well as improve the safety and environmental sustainability of the port.
The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority signed two memorandums of understanding with the Eastern Adriatic Sea Port Authority (Trieste and Monfalcone ports) and the Western Ligurian Sea Port Authority (Genoa, Savona, Praia and Vado Ligure ports) at the International Conference on Ukraine’s Recovery in Rome. These Italian ports are among the most powerful logistics hubs in Europe, actively implementing digital, green solutions and implementing large-scale infrastructure projects.

Since the opening of the Ukrainian Sea Corridor in August 2023, almost 5 thousand vessels have passed through it, and the transshipment volume has exceeded 130 million tons of cargo, of which more than 80 million tons are grain. This was announced by the head of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) Oleksandr Semirga during the visit of German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul and Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andriy Sybiga to the Odessa port.

Он соединяет девять речных и внутренних зернохранилищ компании с глубоководным портовым терминалом в Констанце, Румыния. Каждая баржа способна перевозить более 1000 тонн зерна – кукурузы, пшеницы или ячменя, – что повышает эффективность логистики и обеспечивает COFCO большую гибкость и контроль над перевозками.
В морском порту «Южный» начался тестовый запуск морского модуля DocPort – будущей основы «единого морского окна», реализуемого Администрацией морских портов Украины (АМПУ). Цифровая платформа призвана объединить все административные процедуры, связанные с обработкой судов в портах, обеспечив однократность подачи данных, прозрачность действий и равный доступ к информации для всех участников процесса.
По итогам января-мая 2025 года грузооборот портов Турции увеличился на 21 ТТ3 по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года и достиг 230 млн тонн. В мае этот показатель увеличился на 4,71 ТТ3, составив 48,16 млн тонн. Лидерами по объёму перевалки грузов стали порты Алиага (7,83 млн тонн), Коджаэли (7,41 млн тонн), Искендерун (6,25 млн тонн), Текирдаг, Джейхан, Мерсин и Амбарлы. На долю десяти крупнейших портов пришлось 83,91 ТТ3 от общего месячного объёма.
