In a strategic move aimed at growth and innovation, Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) has acquired a majority stake in Roland Spedition GmbH, a leading container operator for hinterland transport in Austria. Under the deal, HHLA will hold 51 percent of the shares, with the remaining 49 percent retained by co-shareholders Christian Gutjahr and Nikolaus Hirnschall, who will continue to steer the company forward.

Over the weekend, the Port of Koper welcomed the historic arrival of the CMA CGM SCANDOLO, marking the first-ever LNG-powered ship to dock at the port.
