Логистическая группа Duisport открыла новое железнодорожное сообщение между MTH Hamm и Duisburg Gateway Terminal (DGT). The route is focused on combined transport and includes first and last kilometre services, allowing containers weighing up to 34 tonnes to be transported. According to Duisport, this is an environmentally friendly alternative to road freight, especially in congested motorway conditions.
The new service helps to relieve the pressure on the road network in the Ruhr region and meets the growing demand for sustainable logistics solutions.
