С 1 июля 2025 года в Германии вступают в силу обновлённые нормы допустимой недогрузки тяжеловесных и негабаритных транспортных средств. Нововведения были инициированы Федеральным министерством цифровых технологий и транспорта при активном участии отраслевого объединения BSK (Bundesfachgruppe für Schwertransport und Kranarbeiten), объединяющего компании, работающие в сфере большегрузных перевозок и крановых работ.
According to the new rules, underload of up to 20% is permissible for transport with a total weight of up to 68 tonnes. For loads over 130 tonnes, the permissible deviation has been reduced to 5%. For all intermediate values, a linear calculation formula is used, which is described in detail in the regulations. These changes are aimed at increasing the accuracy of transport planning and improving control over actual axle loads.
To simplify the calculations, BSK has published a clear infographic that will help companies quickly determine the permissible level of underload depending on the declared weight.
