В Рюденхаузене, Бавария, компании Garbe Industrial Real Estate и BentallGreenOak строят современный логистический комплекс площадью 16 000 м². Всего через четыре месяца после начала строительства, 23 мая, состоялась торжественная церемония ввода в эксплуатацию, ознаменовавшая важный этап в реализации проекта стоимостью 25 миллионов евро.
The complex is being built on a former industrial site near the A3 motorway and complies with the gold certificate standard of the German Green Building Council (DGNB). Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.
The project includes 15,000 m² of warehouse and mezzanine space, 1,000 m² of office space, 12 unloading docks, and a roof prepared for the installation of solar panels. Part of the roof will be greened, and air source heat pumps will provide heating.
