CEVA Logistics expands presence in Singapore with construction of new logistics centre underway.

CEVA Logistics has begun construction of a new multi-purpose warehouse in Jurong Industrial Estate, West Singapore. The facility will form part of the company’s integrated logistics campus, which already includes two fully automated warehouses. The new building will enhance CEVA’s ability to serve customers from various industries and strengthen its logistics network in the region.

The new facility will cover approximately 143,000 sq m, of which CEVA will occupy almost 40,000 sq m. With commissioning scheduled for 2027, this will bring CEVA’s total warehouse space in Singapore to 370,000 sq m, making it the second-largest contract logistics operator in the country.

The new warehouse will serve customers from a variety of industries, including aerospace, technology, healthcare, luxury brands and retail. The infrastructure will integrate innovative solutions and automation used in other CEVA warehouses in Singapore, including multi-shuttle and automated goods picking systems.

As part of CEVA’s sustainability strategy, the building will be certified to the highest environmental standard, Green Mark Platinum, and will be equipped with 7 MW of solar panels, which will cover the majority of its energy needs. The project will also incorporate energy-saving technologies and waste management solutions to support a circular economy.

Brunno Matta, contract logistics leader for APAC, CEVA Logistics, said, “At CEVA, we pride ourselves on delivering logistics solutions tailored to diverse industry requirements. This strategic expansion of our contract logistics footprint reinforces our commitment to sustainability, automation and customer-centric operations. By leveraging our global expertise within Singapore’s logistics ecosystem, we drive supply chain transformation and contribute to the future success of our customers.”
