Contargo launches two new rail services between France, Germany and Poland.

From August 2025, logistics company Contargo is expanding its rail network with two new services: the Duisburg–Dourges shuttle (DDS) and the Poland–France Shuttle (PFS), which will strengthen connections between France, Germany and Poland.

The DDS service will operate three times a week between the DIT intermodal terminal in Duisburg and the LDCT terminal in Dourges (northern France), providing convenient access to cities such as Bordeaux, Marseille, Paris and Rennes. With DIT, Contargo customers will also be able to access markets in Poland, Austria, the Czech Republic and even China.

The PFS route includes two routes between Dourges and central Poland: Dourges–Krzewie and Dourges–Kutno. The first runs once a week via the Miratrans terminal, but the company plans to double the frequency. The Kutno option is implemented in a combined form: three flights a week on the Důře–Duisburg route and five on the Duisburg–Kutno route via the PCC network.
